Abstract

This article addresses the use of immunostimulants to increase the strength of immunity against Newcastle disease. Experiments were carried out in poultry houses with a cell content of four similar groups of 200 heads each, with the setting of scientific and economic experience on a clinically healthy bird of the High-Line egg direction. To select an effective dose of the drug, the immunostimulant was used in a 1/40 dilution from 30 days of age at doses of 0.05; 0,1; 0.15 mL/kg live weight of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd experimental groups, thoroughly mixed with the morning portion of combined feed, the drug was not included in the diet of feeding the poultry of the 4th control group. Hematological, biochemical, immunological, zootechnical and clinical methods were used to evaluate the experiments. In the blood of chickens, hemoglobin content was determined, the number of white blood cells, red blood cells, leukocyte formula was excreted, and serum bactericidal and lysozyme activities were determined. The content of total protein, protein fractions, calcium, phosphorus was determined. Specific antibodies to Newcastle disease viruses were determined in serum according to the guidelines. The study provides data on the state of reactivity of birds to the administration of an immunological drug and the determination of the dose in order to obtain intense immunity against Newcastle virus disease. Data on the effect of the ASD-2 immunostimulant on poultry growth and development are also provided. Data on the effect of the drug on morphological, biochemical, immunological parameters of avian blood are presented. The article presents the dynamics of the tension of immunity against the above-mentioned viral disease of birds. It was noted that the drug contributes to an increase in immunological indicators of non-specific resistance of the body.
