Abstract

This study examines the effect of a complex product based on nanozeolite and methionine on milk productivity and the functional state of the blood-alveolar barrier in cows' udders. The research and production trial was conducted in 2025 in the Republic of Tatarstan on 24 dairy cows divided into four equal groups. Animals in the experimental groups received the complex product in addition to their basic diet at doses of 0.5%, 2.5%, and 5.0% of dry matter. The effectiveness of the treatment was assessed on the 31st day of the experiment by analyzing the physicochemical parameters of the milk composition. It was found that 0.5% dose provided the most significant stimulating effect on the body. In this group, a statistically significant increase in protein content was recorded: 6%, fat by 3%, lactose by 2% and dry nonfat milk by 5% (relative to the control). Analysis of density, freezing point and electrical resistance of the mammary secretion confirmed the strengthening of barrier functions. In cows in the first experimental group, the biosynthetic index reached 100 points and the clinical-physiological index reached 87 points. These values indicate a high level of lactocyte adaptation and a reduction in the physiological load on the udder tissue during intensive lactation. The novelty of this study lies in identifying the optimal concentration of nanostructured zeolite with an amino acid for effective metabolic correction. The results substantiate the feasibility of using nanozeolite and methionine to improve the nutritional value of dairy raw materials and prevent functional disorders of the mammary gland. The presented method is scientifically substantiated and can be recommended for use in industrial livestock farming.
