This article examines the dose-dependent effects of a new complex nanostructured preparation based on zeolite and methionine on morphofunctional state of blood and adaptive capacity of young cattle in early ontogenesis. Research and production experiment was carried out in Arsk District of the Republic of Tatarstan on twenty Black-and-White calves aged 20-30 days, divided into four equal groups. Animals in the control group received a basal farm diet, while calves in the experimental groups additionally received the complex preparation at doses of 0.5%, 2.5% and 5% of the feed’s dry matter. Hematological studies were conducted on the 31st day of the experiment using an automatic analyzer. A pronounced nonlinear effect of aluminosilicate complex on blood constants was established. The use of a minimal dose of the preparation of 0.5% ensures the best biostimulating and pronounced anti-stress effects. A significant increase in the red blood cell count to 6.18 × 1012/L and hemoglobin to 102 g/L was recorded. The leukocyte profile of calves in this group showed optimization of the cellular link of nonspecific resistance, expressed in a decrease in the relative pool of segmented neutrophils to 30.33% against a background of an increase in lymphocytes. A significant decrease in the integral index of the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio by 16.1% confirms the minimization of the level of endogenous cortisol stress and optimization of the adaptive potential of young animals. Increasing the sorbent concentration to 5% is accompanied by suppression of erythropoiesis and the total leukocyte pool due to the high cation-exchange load of the supplement in the gastrointestinal tract while maintaining homeostasis constants within the species norm. The use of the preparation at an optimal dose of 0.5% of the dry matter of the diet is physiologically justified.
